NoLogVPN Acceptable Use Policy
This policy describes prohibited activity on NoLogVPN and the operational actions the service may take to protect the platform and respond to abuse.
Prohibited Activity
Operational Response
NoLogVPN may warn, limit, suspend accounts, revoke devices, disconnect live sessions, cancel subscriptions at period end, or take other proportionate action where credible indicators suggest abuse, unlawful conduct, or payment fraud. Where practical and safe, we explain the reason and allow an opportunity to remedy it before acting; we may act immediately for urgent risk, a legal requirement, or danger to the network. You may contest the action through support and request human review.
How Abuse Is Assessed
We do not routinely inspect traffic content or retain VPN activity logs to enforce this policy. Assessment may rely on documented reports, payment fraud, account actions, security state, and limited operational network signals described in the No-Log and Privacy Policies. A report is not automatically treated as proof; we assess its basis and limit action to what is necessary.
Reporting
Abuse reports, payment abuse reports, or urgent security concerns can be sent to[email protected].
