NoLogVPN Terms of Service
These terms describe the general rules for using NoLogVPN, separate from the specific billing and subscription rules described in the Subscription Terms page.
Account Access and Eligibility
To enter the contract, you must be at least 18, have legal capacity, and be authorized to use the selected payment method. If you act for an organization, you confirm that you can bind it. You are responsible for your email address, credentials, and anyone you permit to access the account. Do not misrepresent your identity during checkout or support interactions.
Contract Documents
The contract consists of these Terms, the Subscription Terms, Acceptable Use Policy, Fair Use Policy, Refund Policy, and the plan information shown at checkout. The Privacy, No-Log, and Cookie Policies explain data processing and technical operation. If terms conflict, the individual checkout details control price and plan, the Subscription Terms control billing, and these Terms control the remaining service rules.
Service Scope
NoLogVPN currently provides WireGuard-based VPN access, dashboard-based device provisioning, DNS filtering controls, and related account and billing tools. The service is in early access and features may change as the platform evolves.
Device and Session Limits
Plans may store multiple registered devices on the account, but simultaneous live connection limits depend on the active subscription. If more devices try to remain connected at the same time than the active plan allows, the newest extra live connection is rejected automatically while the already-active sessions remain connected.
Fair Use and Network Protection
Basic and Pro may apply an initial traffic window during the first 14 days, with full-speed allowance accruing progressively and unused allowance carrying forward. If the currently accrued allowance is exhausted, reduced-speed mode may apply until more allowance accrues, the initial window ends, or manual review changes the account state. Once the full monthly allowance is exhausted, reduced-speed mode may continue until the next cycle. Where Flex is offered and selected at checkout, it has no hard data cap and no speed reduction based on monthly usage volume; aggregate transfer is billed separately at the displayed rate, while abuse controls and reasonable technical limits still apply. Third-Party Apps
NoLogVPN works with the official WireGuard applications and related import tools. NoLogVPN does not sell, own, or publish the WireGuard app, and use of that separate client remains subject to its own terms and policies.
Limited Right to Use
While your subscription is active, you receive a personal, limited, revocable, non-transferable right to use the service and configurations issued for devices on your account. You receive no ownership in the software, infrastructure, marks, or third-party components and may not resell, sublicense, or make the service available to the public.
Voluntary One-Time Support
Support payments are one-time transactions processed through Stripe and are separate from NoLogVPN subscriptions. They do not renew automatically, activate or extend VPN access, or change an account's plan or limits.
Service Abuse and Suspensions
Accounts may be proportionately restricted, suspended, or terminated for abuse, unlawful use, payment fraud, abusive credential sharing, security risk, or violation of the Acceptable Use Policy. Where practical and safe, we explain the reason and allow time to remedy the issue before acting. We may act immediately for urgent risk, legal requirements, fraud, or danger to the network. You may ask support to review the action.
Records After Account Closure
Closing or deleting an account removes service access and related operational data, but it does not automatically erase the minimal account, contract, consent, billing, and important-action records we must retain for legal obligations or for the establishment, exercise, or defense of legal claims. Those records are retained and deleted under the Privacy Policy and do not include VPN activity, browsing, DNS queries, destinations, or traffic contents.
Availability and Changes
NoLogVPN may improve or change features, plans, infrastructure, or filters as part of early-access operation. Maintenance, incidents, and third-party dependencies can temporarily affect availability. For significant contract changes, we publish the version and effective date and notify active accounts by email; urgent legal or security changes may apply immediately. If you do not accept a material change, you may cancel before it applies without losing mandatory legal rights.
Early Access and Service Expectations
To the extent permitted by law, the service is supplied according to its current early-access configuration and availability, and we do not promise uninterrupted access, universal compatibility, or blocking of every threat or content category. This does not exclude statutory guarantees, the duty to supply, or mandatory remedies for non-conforming digital services.
Permanent Service Discontinuation
If the service is permanently discontinued, we will try to give active customers reasonable notice. For a paid period that can no longer be supplied, we provide the remedy or proportionate refund required by law. This does not apply to suspension caused by the customer's breach to the extent permitted by law.
Liability and Mandatory Rights
Nothing limits liability that cannot legally be excluded, including fraud, intentional misconduct, gross negligence, injury, or mandatory consumer rights. In other cases and to the extent permitted by law, NoLogVPN is responsible only for direct, foreseeable loss caused by breach of contract, not indirect loss or critical uses for which the service was not designed.
Governing Law and Disputes
The contract is governed by Romanian law. Please contact support first so we can try to resolve the issue directly. Consumers may contact the competent consumer-protection authority and competent courts; if you live in another country that grants mandatory protections, those rights and jurisdictions are not removed.
Notices and General Terms
Service and contract notices may be sent to the account email and published in the Policy Center, so you must keep the address current. Delay caused by events reasonably outside our control is not a breach while we work to limit its impact. If a term is invalid, the remainder continues. A delay in enforcing a right is not a waiver. Terms that by nature must continue after termination remain effective.
